Cancellation Policy

Cancellations:

Estimates can be canceled without penalty, and deposits are fully refundable only if the customer submits a written cancellation within three days of signing the Bill of Lading, in accordance with 49 CFR § 375.505(h).

Outside of this three-day period, or once the mover has begun any physical moving services including packing, loading, storage, or transportation estimates cannot be canceled, and deposits are non-refundable. Moving services can only begin after the customer signs the Bill of Lading, which authorizes the mover to start. Once the customer’s property has been loaded onto the truck, the move cannot be canceled.
